Build Your Team
0:00

Two competitions, one game: build a World Cup XI from nations (2002-2026) or a Champions League XI from clubs. Pick a competition and one of eight formations, then eleven spins each land on a team at a tournament - only real team-tournament pairings can come up. Draft one player from each spun squad; the pick locks into an open slot for their position. Picks are final, but you get one re-spin per run if a landing is hopeless - it moves you to the next team in the sequence, which is usually a weaker one.

Rosters are grouped by position, with each group ordered by minutes played in that tournament - the players who actually featured sit on top. The stars rate how strong that tournament was for the player's position, so you are not picking blind; the exact scoring stays hidden until the end. Stronger teams and recent tournaments come up more often.

How good your finished XI is decides how far it goes in the tournament - from a group-stage exit all the way to lifting the trophy. Each competition ranks on its own daily board; the daily spins are the same for everyone, the clock starts when you pick a formation, and ties on score are broken by time.

Build a starting XI in one of two competitions. Pick a formation, then eleven spins each land on a team - draft one player per spin, and the better your XI, the deeper your run.
